Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon

Proof: 100

Nose: spice, light oak, bright fruits, citrus, maple

Palate: brown sugar, maple, rye spice, bright fruit, apple

Finish: long, warm, spice with sweet brown sugar

My notes: This is a delicious whiskey at just the right proof point. I would love to compare but this is absolutely one of my favorite whiskeys I have tried so far. Just enough spice to make it bright and lively but still sweet and not too harsh.
